Dr. Samarendra Panda, recently defended his thesis on novel coaxial synthetic jet. He developed a novel coaxial synthetic jet (CSJ) actuator having independent actuation facility is developed. The flow field is analysed in a quiescent environment numerically and experimentally with hot-wire anemometry. He has one patent application along with five international journals. At present he is a Post Doc fellow at IIT Bombay.
